Quality guarantee
In the context of the D. I. SEVEN group, all the companies are certified according to European standard ISO standards. This would be no different in Poland. Actually, D. I. SEVEN Sp. z o.o. has undergone an internal audit to assess internal company processes and to set standards for providing services. The next step is an external certification audit and the awarding of a certificate in accordance with ISO standards.
The basic policy of the D. I. SEVEN group is focused on quality (ISO 9000 series standard) and the ecology of processes (ISO 14000 series standard).
How do we provide quality control of our orders? An important precondition for service quality is effective control over the mechanism and continuous communication with all parties to the order.
We monitor!
From the standpoint of monitoringservice quality, we provide the following multi-layered control of services as a standard:
- Monitoring by the building manager (outside business hours at least twice a week)
- Monitoring by the order manager/Facility Manager (minimum twice a week)
- Monitoring by the operations director (minimum once a month)
- Monitoring by the business director (minimum twice a year)
- We install control chips or GPS circuit systems in buildings with security guard rounds, the order manager or building manager can then conduct monitoring of the services of his/her subordinates at any time
We communicate!
From the standpoint of communication, we have established regular deadlines with clients for operational meetings in which we evaluate cooperation, propose new measures and plan new tasks and goals.
We are accessible!
We are available to customers non-stop by telephone for immediate resolution to situations or just for required consultations.
We are mobile!
Each of our employees, from the order manager down, is furnished with a personal business vehicle, business mobile telephone and personal business computer.
We have support!
The philosophy of the D. I. SEVEN group is to create and seek mutual synergy and support in all areas. We divide the basic support in our company into:
Methodological – this support is provided primarily by a team of experienced and trained employees, external specialists in the context of the entire group.
Technical – for each of our orders, we arrange specific technical equipment. In the event of insufficient technical equipment due to defects, increased requirements for cleaning or order activities, we provide operative service through our contractors or we obtain help in the context of the group. The total value of technical facilities of the group is approximately PLN 16 million.
Material – material supply is provided directly by our contractual contractors by the required deadline in both scope and quality. In the event a supply is cut off, we have our own supply reserve for a period of at least 14 days.
